The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, ensure quality standards, and assist in driving operational efficiency across denim stitching and finishing lines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist line managers and production supervisors in daily stitching and finishing operations.
- Monitor production flow, target achievement, and operator performance.
- Support in identifying bottlenecks and improving line balancing.
- Maintain production reports, efficiency sheets, and WIP records.
- Ensure implementation of safety, compliance, and company policies on the production floor.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or related field.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
