Code of Ethics
- AGI Denim's code of conduct governs employees and suppliers, addressing conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, kickbacks, and contract irregularities.
- The HR and Social Compliance Department ensures human & labor rights, while the Internal Audit Team investigates anti-corruption cases, enforcing dismissals or disciplinary actions for breaches.

- The code includes ethics, anti-corruption policies, and adherence to international environmental standards.
- Breaches of the code result in supplier contract termination by AGI Denim.
