AGI, GAP & the P.A.C.E Program

P.A.C.E. (Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement) is a program, developed by GAP Inc, dedicated to supporting women who work in the global apparel industry and within our global supply chain. Through it, women are given foundational life skills, technical training and support that will help them advance in the workplace and in their personal lives.

In 2017, we at AGI launched the PACE program for our women workers. We interviewed and selected 4 female trainers from our factories and had them undergo a week long training session provided by GAP Inc. Since then, these trainers have successfully passed on their training to 150 female garment workers at AGI as part of the first cycle, and are preparing for the second cycle.
