Lead and manage the Core & Apps DBA team, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Oversee the administration of Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
Implement best practices for database maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PaaS and IaaS.
Manage and optimize Oracle PaaS offerings within OCI, including Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Database Cloud Service, and other relevant PaaS solutions.Manage and optimize Oracle PaaS offerings within OCI, including Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Database Cloud Service, and other relevant PaaS solutions.
Lead performance tuning efforts for Oracle databases to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency.
Implement and manage robust backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases and ensure data integrity and availability through effective backup mechanisms.
Manage the application of patches, updates, and upgrades to Oracle databases.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for Oracle databases and conduct regular testing of recovery procedures.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures.
Engage with Oracle support and other relevant vendors for issue resolution and product enhancement.
